Cima Celebrates Ribbon Cutting at The Reserve at Braeswood Following Full Renovation.

56-unit memory care community in Houston completes full renovation under Cima ownership.

Cima Investment Group and Cima Senior Living proudly marked the official ribbon cutting of The Reserve at Braeswood on Thursday, March 26, celebrating the continued transformation of the firm's memory care portfolio in the Houston market. The event marked the completion of a full remodel and renovation of the facility.

The Reserve at Braeswood is a dedicated memory care community located in the heart of Houston, Texas. The community features 56 residences and delivers specialized dementia care through a relationship-based model that prioritizes safety, engagement, and quality of life. The renovation included beautifully refreshed interiors, full repainting throughout the building, updated resident units, and safety upgrades including CareLife's real-time fall-detection monitoring technology.

The community, acquired in June 2025, is one of several Houston-area senior living assets Cima has repositioned over the past year, including WoodCreek Bend in Katy. This event comes just a month after the grand reopening of sister property, The Reserve at Forest Colony. The Reserve at Katy is scheduled for its ribbon cutting on April 15.

The event brought together community partners, families, and local leaders for a thoughtfully curated program that reflected both the warmth of the community and the strength of the underlying investment. Guests were welcomed with live music from local performers, including the quartet In Accord, along with a pianist and saxophonist who set an inviting tone throughout the afternoon.
