  76-Unit Assisted Living and Memory Care – Sugar Land, TX.
  
  

• The Reserve at Braeswood.
  56-Unit Purpose-built Memory Care – Located in the Texas Medical Center, just south of downtown Houston.

Cima will implement capital improvements across the three communities, including upgrades to shared spaces, enhancements to wellness and engagement programming through our signature Vintage Garden program, and operational support systems to elevate both the resident experience and community culture.
