Cima Senior Living is pleased to announce the acquisition of WoodCreek Bend Memory Care, a 40-unit purpose-built memory care community in Katy, Texas.

The acquisition deepens Cima's presence in the Houston metropolitan area, complementing its existing portfolio of Reserve communities across Katy, Sugar Land, and the Texas Medical Center.

Built in 2012, WoodCreek Bend features modern infrastructure designed specifically for memory care residents. The community will benefit from Cima's operational playbook, including enhanced programming through the Vintage Garden wellness initiative and the integration of advanced care technologies.
