Cima Investment Group has partnered with 1031 Crowdfunding to acquire Dorset Place Assisted Living & Memory Care, a 69-unit senior living community in Oklahoma City—marking the firm's entry into the Oklahoma market.

The acquisition represents the kind of opportunity Cima was built to pursue: a well-located asset with repositioning potential in a growing metropolitan area.
