The acquisition marks Cima's entry into the Florida market—one of the nation's largest and fastest-growing senior housing markets—and expands the company's partnership with 1031 Crowdfunding, a leading platform connecting accredited investors with institutional-quality real estate opportunities.

"Florida has always been a target market for us, and Wayman Place is the right entry point," said Jonathan Judd, CEO of Cima Investment Group. "Partnering with 1031 Crowdfunding allows us to bring aligned capital to a community that's poised for transformation. We're excited to bring our operational approach to Orlando."

Cima will implement capital improvements across the community, including upgrades to common areas and resident amenities, while deploying its operational playbook focused on team culture, clinical excellence, and resident well-being.
