We invest in distressed debt, primarily non-performing and sub-performing loans from financial institutions, with the aim of either restructuring the debt or moving toward foreclosure. Our primary focus is on well-collateralized first liens on commercial multifamily properties, which offer substantial upside potential.

Multifamily

Our strategy centers on acquiring multifamily assets through non-performing loan acquisitions at a discount, positioning us to unlock value. We specialize in transforming these assets by enhancing the resident experience through comprehensive property renovations and innovative leasing strategies.
